As if the world's biggest production engine wasn't enough, Triumph have made this sleek 165HP monster all lean mean moody and monochrome with its pristine chrome fuel tank with jet black contrasting paintwork, black engine and bodywork with the matt aluminium radiator cowl and a couch comfortable riding position. These are supposedly lightweight cast aluminium wheels, likely the only lightweight component in sight. Twin LED headlights with Triumph triangles mounted on the massive 47mm Showa forks with offset spindle and enormous top notch Brembo Stylema brakes. It's mildly hilarious that this is a 140mph motorcycle. Must be much like sitting on the top of a train carriage. The chrome edition was only on sale for a year so you're unlikely to bump into another one. Design Styling: A 1-year-only production, featuring a fully chromed tank, blacked-out components, and a premium, minimalist finish. Engine Performance: 2,500cc triple engine, producing 165 PS @ 6,000 rpm and 221 Nm of torque. Handling: Lightweight cast aluminum 20-spoke wheels with specifically developed Avon Cobra Chrome tyres. Suspension Brakes: Showa 47mm adjustable upside-down front forks, fully adjustable Showa piggyback reservoir rear shock, and Brembo Stylema monobloc callipers.Technology: Ride-by-wire throttle, four riding modes (Road, Rain, Sport, Rider), cornering ABS, traction control, cruise control, and TFT display.
